With a love for second-hand and vintage fashion, I can be your go-to for any and all sustainably-curated projects. I am a first-generation Latina American alumna from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I aspire to implement concepts of entrepreneurship and sustainability into fashion communications and public relations. I have enjoyed working in event coordinating teams to curate fashion-oriented productions.

At UNC-Chapel Hill I curated several fashion shows for Xpressions magazine and pioneered The Sustainable Strut: a sustainable fashion show hosted by UNC Undergraduate Student Government’s Environmental Affairs branch.

I was a part of the FashionMash cohort at UNC, a certificate program in fashion communication and marketing. Through this program i’ve explored various elements of production through the lenses of editorial, art direction and experiential marketing.

The John Akin Catalyst Award is awarded to those graduating seniors who have made it their mission to be the change they want to see in the world. These individuals are deeply committed to the ideals of Social Entrepreneurship and have been bold advocates for communities across campus, North Carolina, and the world. Their passion for igniting change in every aspect of their lives has profoundly impacted the Shuford Program.
